Introduction to H11H Internal Thread Lift Forged Steel Check Valve
The H11H internal thread lifting forged steel check valve has three body cover connection design forms. The first type is bolt type valve cover: valves designed in this form have their valve body and valve cover connected by bolts and nuts, and sealed with wrapped gaskets (made of 316 clip flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal rings can also be used for connection. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by threads and fully welded sealed. When customers have special requirements, through welding connections can also be used. The third type is the pressure self tightening valve cover. Valves designed in this form have a threaded connection between the valve body and cover, and are sealed with an internal pressure self sealing ring.
Characteristics of H11H Internal Thread Lift Forged Steel Check Valve
It has the characteristics of short structural length, small volume and light weight, fast closing of valve disc, low water hammer pressure, smooth flow channel, low fluid resistance, and can be used in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. It is easy to install, sensitive to action, good sealing performance, short valve disc stroke, low impact force when closing the valve, simple and compact design, beautiful appearance, long service life, high reliability, prevention of medium backflow, automatic control, etc.
