Weight analyzer based on:GB/T4669-95 "Determination of Mass per Unit Length and Mass per Unit Area of Woven Fabrics"
Weight analyzerSuitable for cutting circular samples of various textile, knitting, plastic, paper, leather and other materials.
Weight analyzerIt consists of a handwheel, rotor, positioning washer, pressure seat, pressure block, spring, and blade. The blades are installed on the outer circumference of the rotor, with a total of 4 pieces. When operating, place the sample to be cut on the rubber workbench, then place the instrument on the sample, fix the pressure seat with one hand, and rotate the handwheel with the other hand to make the rotor rotate. The rotating blade then cuts the circular sample.
All castings of this instrument are processed with alloy aluminum.
Main technical parameters:
1. Cut circular sample area: 10000mm2
2. Handwheel diameter: Φ80mm
3. Dimensions (diameter × height): Φ 156 × 112.86mm,
4. Weight: 1.4KG
usage method:
1:Lay the fabric to be cut flat on the rubber pad, place the disc sampler on the fabric, pull out the locking device on the sampler, and rotate it about90Hold the outer cover with one hand, grasp the corrugated handwheel with the other hand, apply some pressure, and then rotate the corrugated handwheel clockwise(Corner greater than90linear measure)You can cut the round sample.
2:After using the sampler, lock the device and rotate it to its original position to prevent the blade from being exposed, in order to avoid injuring hands and other objects.
Structure and Adjustment:
1:The cutting blade is a double-sided blade with a total of four pieces, which are evenly distributed in four equal parts outside the circle. The blade can be replaced, and the specific operation is to loosen the cross screw(There are four screws on each piece)Remove the blade pressure plate and sampling blade, replace with a new blade, press on the blade pressure plate, make sure that the blade edge is clockwise and the four blade edges are in the same plane, and then tighten the cross screw.
2:The bottom of the instrument has straight lines and scratches, which are used to fix the sample, facilitate cutting, and prevent the sample from slipping.
matters needing attention:
1:The blade of this instrument is sharp, and hands should not be placed at the bottom during use to avoid damage.
2:The sample cutting of the instrument should be carried out on a rubber pad. When the instrument is not in use, it should be wiped clean and placed in the instrument box to avoid damage.
