Trigger gun:
The standard excitation gun can be used with spark light source for precise composition analysis of alloys including C element, or with arc light source for material sorting and grade identification. A specially designed small optical system can be used to analyze P, S, B, Sn, and As in steel. The plug-in interface makes the conversion of light sources very simple and fast.
Electrode and fixture:
The replacement of electrodes and fixtures does not require the use of tools, making it simple and fast. Equipped with multiple fixtures to accommodate samples of different shapes and sizes, it is easy to detect surfaces of pipes, wires, small samples, and other special shapes.

The portable spectrometer SPECTROTEST CCD provides USB, printer, monitor, and network interface.
Trolley
The car can be integrated with the instrument to ensure the safety and flexibility of the instrument during operation. The ergonomic design allows the instrument to be operated at a convenient position and height. If necessary, the small car can be divided into three parts for convenient transportation.
optical system
The SPECTORTEST CCD adopts an optical system that was previously only used on laboratory instruments, and has been specially improved to meet the needs of portable spectrometers. It can receive and analyze all elemental spectral lines within the wavelength range, with unprecedented accuracy and stability. The various components in the optical system, such as gratings or CCD detectors, are well fixed and protected, making the instrument dustproof, shock resistant, and durable.
ICAL
The ICAL (Intelligent Calibration Function) logic system can display and control the status of the instrument, so that the instrument is not affected by external environmental changes, which can eliminate the need for recalibration due to location and temperature changes.
APF extension software
The APF extension software can automatically identify the matrix of the tested sample and select the appropriate analysis program. This feature can save users a lot of time when detecting unknown metals.
Battery pack
The high-efficiency light source with energy-saving function ensures that the SPECTROTEST CCD can be powered by a battery pack. Charging once can excite hundreds of times. The battery can be placed in a small car or backpack, and can be easily connected to the instrument through a socket. This allows the instrument to be used in almost all situations.
Scalability
The portable direct reading spectrometer makes it easier to change and update the analysis program of the SPECTROTEST CCD than any other spectrometer. The ICAL logic system and advanced CCD technology make the instrument more convenient and easy to adapt to changing analysis requirements.
