BIOSTAT ® CultiBag RM is a new generation of disposable bioreactor that utilizes oscillation to achieve mixing under low shear forces. The combination with the new generation control system of Sedolis has opened up a new era of abandoned bioreactor system cultivation. Bag reactors are specifically designed for shear sensitive cells and other disposable applications. We will provide a comprehensive certification report for the reaction bag and can design it separately for the user's process.
By using disposable bioreactors, we can reduce maintenance and other routine expenses as it eliminates the need for the following:

3、 Standard configuration combination:
BIOSTAT ® The various standard configurations of CultiBag RM can meet the various requirements of users:
(1) Basic configuration combination:
Used for simple cultivation. The oscillator stands alone, equipped with a heating device for temperature control, built-in air pump and flow controller for bag inflation and cell supply. The device can also be placed in the incubator to achieve temperature control and gas supply. It is also equipped with a pressure reducing device and a flow controller, which can be connected to other gas mixing devices. Adjustable oscillation frequency and angle can achieve optimal cultivation conditions.
(2) Optical configuration combination:
Designed for batch and flow cultivation, with disposable photochemical pH and dissolved oxygen electrodes for control. Dissolved oxygen control is controlled by oscillation frequency feedback. In addition, it includes two built-in time pumps and MFCS/DA software that can record data.
(3) Irrigation configuration combination:
Designed for perfusion control, in addition to the optical configuration combination, there are also four built-in pumps and weighing systems for weight based feeding and discharging control. Also includes MFCS/DA software that can record data.
