Rudolf Tietzsch was founded in 1950 in Casterlup Lauksel and initially specialized in the production of precision machinery and equipment, such as gas and flow testers, with only small batch production and customers mainly concentrated in the Ruhr area. In 1953, Rudolph Tietzsch developed a high-precision, stable, and safe voltage test ball using a new type of dust-proof rubber housing. Its reliability and high safety were recognized by heavy industry and energy producers. The success of the voltage test ball led to an expansion of the product range. Today, Rudolph Tietzsch can produce various electrical engineering products, such as multimeters, megohmmeters, resistance testers, etc. These products are used in industries such as mining and power, and have won unanimous praise from customers.
