Equipment characteristics
Yonggao genuine leather is coated with microfiber leather, a composite of two-layer genuine leather and microfiber leather. The PUR hot melt adhesive used does not contain solvents, making it an ideal green and environmentally friendly adhesive. PUR hot melt adhesive does not contain water or flux, and does not require drying. The composite speed can reach 20 meters per minute, and the composite has a top layer leather effect.
The finished product has no residual solvents, no pollution emissions during production, saves energy, and occupies a small area.
The composite process involves a wet solid reaction, which is irreversible and has a strong bond and good washing fastness.
