According to the special operations during the process, Marposs can provide solutions for the following checks:

• Dimensional parameters: OBD, pitch diameter, root diameter OBR、ID、 Parallelism and perpendicularity between distance, surface, and shape errors
• Functional parameters: Gear roller inspection (Fi ", fi", Fr ", Aa", FTT, cracks)

According to the measurement function, a geometric shape similar to the inspected gear is usedStandard partsCalibrate measuring instruments, or in functional measurement situations, use standard parts that are completely similar to the parts for calibration.

Marposs can provide a complete set of standard parts made of standard gauge steel (62-64 HRC) or high-speed tool steel (HSS), as well as standard parts with TiN coating surface treatment.

Certificates can be provided for all standard gear components according to DIN 3961-3962 specifications.
