Determination of glycolic acid in Baijiu by wide bore capillary column
Method principle: The method uses a large caliber capillary column dedicated to Baijiu and hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection.
Determination of over 20 components, including C2 to C6 fatty acids
Characteristics: Compared with packed columns, it has higher separation ability, faster separation speed, and better inertness; Compared with small-diameter capillaries, its column capacity is larger, and it does not require strict requirements for injection technology, which can avoid the discriminatory effect caused by diversion. The analysis time is about 15 minutes.
Determination of Alcohol Esters in Baijiu by Gas Chromatograph Packed Column
Method principle: The method uses DNP packed column, hydrogen flame ionization detector detection, n-butyl acetate as the internal standard to quantify the alcohol ester content in Baijiu.
Determination of components: acetaldehyde, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-propanol, sec butanol, acetaldehyde, isobutanol, n-butanol, ethyl butyrate, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl valerate, ethyl lactate, ethyl hexanoate.
Quantification using internal standard method. The internal standard is n-butyl acetate.
