The working condition of the fan has seriously deteriorated, and the air volume and pressure power fluctuate greatly, causing the equipment to malfunction. This improvement has successfully solved this problem.
The inlet of the intake chamber is equipped with a self-aligning radial regulating valve to improve the adjustment efficiency of the fan. The support of the regulating blades is equipped with self-aligning bearings, which are flexible in rotation and reliable in use, ensuring that the motor of the execution structure is not overloaded.

The backward impeller adopts backward wing shaped blades, which reduce airflow impact, have good stability, and the motor is not easily overloaded. The wing shaped hollow head wear-resistant blades enhance the strength of the impeller and extend its service life.
The overlap type oil slinger throws the oil carried by the high-speed rotating bearing onto the inner wall of the bearing box and flows back to the oil pool. The semi-circular aluminum oil seal not only facilitates maintenance and prevents friction accidents, but also increases resistance along the axial direction, cutting off some of the thin oil back to the oil pool. The outer pressure plate also blocks a small amount of thin oil. The bearing box is equipped with a vent plug, reducing the slight positive pressure inside the bearing box.
