GWJ-5SThe particle detector is a new generation particle detector developed by Tianjin Tianda Tianfa Technology Co., Ltd. based on the GWJ-3/4/5 particle detector, mainly for detecting particle contamination of medical equipment such as infusion equipment, anesthesia equipment, and drug packaging materials in GB8368-2005 "Disposable Infusion Equipment". Adopting high-precision laser sensors and internationally advanced plunger pump sampling systems, it has the characteristics of wide detection range, stable performance, easy blockage, fast sampling speed, high accuracy, and strong corrosion resistance.
GWJ-5SCompared with similar imported instruments, the Type 2 particle detector has basically the same technical indicators and extremely high cost-effectiveness.

Performance characteristics:
The detection range is wide and can be applied to all current medical device and pharmacopoeia testing standards, including disposable infusion set contamination, filtering out new and old standards (GB8368-1998, GB8368-2005), blood transfusion equipment, anesthesia equipment, drug packaging materials, precision infusion filters, pharmacopoeia standards, and various testing standards currently used by medical device testing centers and drug testing institutes;
The particle size of the channel can be set arbitrarily within the range of 2-100 μ m for flexible use. Users can set their own particle size to assess the samples and develop their own internal control standards, which is particularly advantageous for multi variety testing in drug research units and testing centers;
Adopting an advanced plunger pump sampling system, the sampling speed is stable, the sampling accuracy is high, and the sampling volume can be set arbitrarily to adapt to different sampling volumes. The minimum sampling volume is 1.25ml, which can meet the requirements of small volume injection of drugs. The maximum sampling volume is 500ml, which can meet the requirements of disposable infusion equipment;
For large capacity detection of disposable infusion equipment, the detection speed is fast and the detection efficiency is high, with a detection rate of 150 ml per minute;
Rich data processing functions, capable of storing blank data and pre filtered data, directly providing pollution index and filtering rate;
Adopting the magnetic stirring method (bottom stirring) commonly used in international photoresist instruments, compared with top stirring, it has the characteristics of uniform stirring and less generation of bubbles;
Closed testing room, automatic lifting of sampling head, adjustable lifting position; Easy to take and layout;
Large screen LCD display, touch screen operation, can be connected to a standard keyboard, and data input is extremely convenient;
