1. Product Introduction

The structure of the GSD type tube dryer is a fixed shell with a rotatable heating tube bundle installed inside. Steam enters the tube through a rotating joint to transfer heat and become condensed water, which is then discharged. The moisture in the material is heated outside the tube and turned into steam, which is then discharged by a negative pressure fan. The material is scattered by a rotating shovel inside the tube bundle and evenly falls onto the outer surface of the heating tube. It is then pushed from the inlet end to the outlet end by the shovel, achieving a good drying effect.
