Overview
The GNF series single screw slurry pump belongs to the positive displacement pump category. Its main working components are the eccentric spiral screw (referred to as the rotor) and the screw liner (referred to as the stator) with a double helix surface on the inner surface. Its working principle is that when the electric motor rotates, it drives the screw to rotate around its own axis on one hand, and on the other hand, it rolls along the surface of the liner, thus forming a sealed chamber of the pump. Every time the screw rotates, the liquid in the sealed chamber is pushed forward by one pitch. With the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid is pressed in a spiral form from one sealed chamber to the other, squeezing out the pump body. Screw pump is a new type of mechanical device for conveying liquids, which has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, easy use and maintenance, continuous and uniform liquid output, and stable pressure. The metal parts of the single screw pump produced by our company that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless acid resistant steel, and the lining is made of non-toxic and odorless rubber. The working temperature can reach 120 ℃. Therefore, it has the advantages of anti-corrosion, acid resistance, oil resistance, etc., and is most suitable for transporting food slurries of various viscosities. In addition, it can be used in production processes such as chemical, petroleum, and wastewater treatment to transport solutions, slurries, suspensions, gels, etc. with viscosity ranging from 1-1000000 centipoise and without solid particles or lumps.
