principle
This granulator is a new generation wet mixing granulator newly developed by our company. It extensively adopts new technologies based on existing granulators at home and abroad. The GHL machine has a reasonable structure, easy to use, and complete functions, fully reflecting the combination of equipment and process. The powder material and adhesive are thoroughly mixed into moist soft material in a cylindrical container by a bottom mixing paddle, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a high-speed grinding paddle placed on the side.
Characteristics
This machine adopts a horizontal cylindrical structure with a reasonable structure.
The inflatable sealed drive shaft can be switched to water during cleaning.
Fluidized granulation results in approximately spherical particles with good flowability.
Compared to traditional processes, it reduces adhesive by 25% and shortens drying time.
Each batch is dried for 2 minutes and pelletized for 1-4 minutes, which increases efficiency by 4-5 times compared to traditional processes.
Completed in the same closed container, drying wet mixing granulation process is reduced and meets GMP standards.
The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.
