XAD-7 sampling tube
Sampling tube: inner diameter6mm, Outer diameter 8mm, length 11cm.
Preparation method:
According to the diagramAs shown in Figure 1.4, fill a small amount of glass wool at the A end of the sampling tube, then add 100mg of XAD-7 adsorbent, and sequentially fill in a small amount of glass wool, 75mg of XAD-7 adsorbent, and a small amount of glass wool. Finally, place the glass fiber filter membrane from end A, compact it with a glass rod, fix it with V-shaped steel wire, and seal both ends with polytetrafluoroethylene caps.
GDX-502 enrichment column
Outer diameter and characteristics of adsorption tube:
Hard glass variable diameter straight pipe. Coarse end(The A end is 80mm long and has an inner diameter of 6mm; the thin end (B end) is 20mm long and has an inner diameter of 3mm; the wall thickness is 0.8mm. After soaking in detergent for 2 hours, rinse with tap water and distilled water in sequence, and dry.
Preparation of adsorption tube:
WeighingAdd 0.2g of adsorbent into the adsorption glass tube, fix both ends with glass wool, and seal the tube mouth with a rubber cap lined with fluoroplastic film. Refer to Figure 1.5.
Oxalic acid glass microsphere sampling tube
Oxalic acid glass bead sampling tube is suitable for the determination of trimethylamine in gas state in the exhaust of odor pollution sources and the ambient air of factories. Glass microspheres coated with oxalic acid are used as adsorbents and loaded into the sampling tube. Inject saturated sodium hydroxide solution and nitrogen into the sampling tube to free the collected trimethylamine into a gaseous state and enter the vacuum treated sampleIn a 100mL desorption bottle, take 1 gas from the bottle~2mLInject directly into the gas chromatograph and perform quantitative analysis on trimethylamine based on its chromatographic peak area (or peak height), as shown in the figure1.6.
Preparation method:
support60~80Purpose: After cleaning and drying the glass microsphere carrier with concentrated hydrochloric acid and distilled water, the surface of the glass microsphere is coated with distilled water as the solvent1%Oxalic acid and0.15%Glycerol. In a vacuum drying oven(80℃) Vacuum drying2~3hAfterwards, seal in a brown bottle for later use. The storage period is one month.
