The CJLH vertical pipeline chemical pump consists of a pump body, pump cover, impeller, sealing components, etc. Widely applicable for transporting corrosive media and media with special requirements in industries such as petroleum, chemical, textile printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, power plants, etc. The product complies with the GB5656-1994 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps (Class II)" standard. |
1. Efficient and energy-saving: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump. 2. Mechanical seal: High quality mechanical seals are used, and strict sealing tests are conducted before leaving the factory to ensure the reliability of the seal. 3. Easy installation and maintenance: With a pipeline design, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same and in a straight line, making installation and maintenance convenient, and daily maintenance very simple; 4. Material: The components in contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel (different materials can be used according to different media), which has good corrosion resistance and long service life; 5. Good overall performance: adopting advanced double throttling ring balancing method, the axial force balancing effect is good, effectively reducing the motor failure rate and improving operational reliability; High balance accuracy, with a dynamic balance accuracy of G1.0 for rotor components. 6. New casting process: The overcurrent components of CJLH pump (such as pump body, impeller, pump cover, sealing ring, etc.) are precision cast with silicone melt adhesive, ensuring stable flow channel size. After the casting is formed, acid washing process is used to remove any residual attachments on the surface of the casting, preserving the metal essence and not affecting the conveyed medium due to casting attachments. |
