Due to the use of a special upper and lower feeding mechanism and a presser foot cross lifting mechanism, the feeding amount of the upper and lower layers can be ensured to be consistent when sewing bulky sewing materials and medium thick materials with high mobility; When sewing with high and low overlap and climbing, the feeding is smooth, the needle spacing is stable, and the stitches are flat and beautiful. This machine can be adjusted according to the special requirements of the sewing process, so that the difference between the feeding amount of the upper layer sewing material and the feeding amount of the lower layer sewing material meets the expected requirements, significantly improving the sewing quality and sewing effect.
Scope of use:
Suitable for sewing extremely thick materials such as shoes, sofas, container bags, seat belts, tents, leather, quilts, etc.
Usage and maintenance knowledge:
1. For new or long stored machines, rust proof grease or dust should be removed before use, a few drops of sewing machine oil should be injected into the running and sliding parts of the machine, and the machine should be driven for a few minutes.
When the machine is running, the steering of the upper wheel should be counterclockwise (when viewed from the outside of the upper wheel).
3. The selection of needle size and suture thickness should be proportional to the thickness, softness, and other properties of the sewing material and product.
4. Clean the machine of accumulated dust and lubricate it completely, with a requirement of no less than two times per work shift.
5. The sewing speed of the machine should not exceed 600/min within one month before use.
