Suitable fan model, reasonable fan operating conditions, optimal flow pattern, reasonable organization of air source, carefully designed blade shape, increased tongue clearance, appropriately reduced fan speed, improved volute design, purified incoming flow and minimized secondary flow loss design principles were adopted. The finite difference method was used to calculate the inlet and impeller cover profiles, and the smooth and uniform airflow at the impeller inlet was used as the optimization judgment for the outlet optimization design. By combining existing optimization design methods such as impellers and volutes, and integrating the optimization program of impellers, volutes, and air inlets, a pneumatic sketch curve is obtained.
