The intelligent agricultural meteorological monitoring instrument is an automatic monitoring system developed by our company after three years of research and development from 2012 to 2014, which integrates intelligent sensor collection, storage, transmission, and management. The system adopts a modular design, with complete functions, clear hierarchy, simple interface, high scalability, and can flexibly set the sampling and storage periods of various parameters, patrol data, and analysis data according to user needs. It is widely used in fields such as agricultural meteorology, hydrogeology, construction, agricultural greenhouses, school teaching, and scientific research.

Main functions:

(1) Meet the requirements of field operations, with functions such as windproof, rainproof, and dust-proof, and meet the IP65 protection level.

(2) Collection setting: The collection time interval can be freely set, and the collection interval can be set arbitrarily from 1 minute to 24 hours.

(3) Collector: Supports DC9-24V input, and the power supply has protective measures such as anti reverse connection, anti pulse group, lightning protection, and anti-static.

(4) Data storage: Comes with a standard SD card slot and supports expansion (up to 64GB); Equipped with a standard USB 2.0 interface, data can be exported using a USB flash drive (eliminating the need to carry a computer or other device for tedious operations).

(5) Display mode: The host adopts a high-sensitivity LCD touch screen display, which is convenient for customers to analyze data on site.

(6) Scalability: Supports plug and play real-time display of data for various sizes of TFT color LCD and LED displays. Supports RS485 sensor plug and play. The sensor supports MODBUS RTU communication protocol and is versatile. The system adopts a modular design, which facilitates functional expansion, shielding, or integration with other sensors.

(7) Data storage and download: The system can operate independently without the need to connect to auxiliary devices such as computers, and can complete functions such as parameter setting and data export.

(8) Site data download: Supports RS485 interface acquisition, supports SD card, computer direct connection, and USB flash drive for data download.

(10) Collector software upgrade: The host software can be automatically upgraded through a USB flash drive or SD card. (Save customers' equipment maintenance costs)

(11) Communication method: The collector supports both GPRS and GSM wireless transmission methods, and can transmit data information to a designated meteorological server (www.qixiangshuju. com) to achieve remote control and transmission of data; Can receive and view real-time data and set parameters through (supporting 90% of) smartphones (Android system);

(12) Supports WiFi and RJ45 network transmission connection. (optional)

(13) Clock requirement: Internal integrated real-time clock (RTC clock power supply 3V) can run for more than 5 years after external power failure.

(14) Abnormal alarm: equipped with a buzzer, used for abnormal situation alarm or prompt sound.

(15) Reliability of the data collector: Temporary faults in the external power supply and communication system do not affect data collection, and delayed data can be automatically downloaded after communication is restored; Permanent power outage does not result in the loss of collected and stored data.

(16) GPS function: The device's specific geographic location (longitude, latitude) can be determined through GPS (optional)

Protective chassis:

(1) Process requirements: Use metal shielded chassis to ensure the integrity and stability of high-speed signals.

(2) Using a 24/7 chassis with secure design to meet the requirements of permanent monitoring.

(3) The sealing level of the chassis meets the IP65 standard.
