5. The temperature control system for washing solution heating can heat to the appropriate temperature according to the chemical characteristics of the cleaning solution, improve cleaning efficiency, and shorten cleaning time.
6. The built-in filtering device can achieve the circulation of solution and reduce the amount of solution used. At the end of cleaning, compressed air blowing is used to recover the residual liquid in the pipeline and pump, which can effectively save 50% of the cleaning solution.
7. The real-time resistivity monitoring system is used to monitor the cleaning effect. The resistivity can be set, and the conductivity control range is 0~18M Ω.
8. The high standard cleanliness and ion contamination fully comply with the Level I standard of IPC-610D.
