The double-sided labeling machine is a multifunctional automatic labeling machine suitable for round bottles, flat and square products in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other light industry industries.

4. Mechanism and process of double-sided labeling machine

It consists of two labeling stations located on both sides of the conveyor belt, which is a chain plate conveyor. The labeled object transitions from the upper conveyor to the labeling conveyor belt, and is separated by a whole bottle calibration machine to maintain a certain distance and fixed on a center line. When the measured object is detected by the photoelectric sensor, the photoelectric signal is transmitted to the PLC, which processes it and outputs the signal to the servo motor driver. The driver drives the motor to output the label, and the label is more firmly attached to the bottle through the brushing device before being transported to the next process;
5. Working principle and description: (Note: The main device of the equipment is marked in bold and accompanied by a schematic diagram)
a. Firstly, the objects to be pasted that enter the conveyor belt are subjected to distance separation processing by the conveyor belt.
b. After being transferred to the bottle sorting mechanism, maintain a certain distance between the bottles;
c. Transported by the conveyor belt to the bottle pressing mechanism, the object to be pasted is fixed while moving at a constant speed in synchronization with the conveyor, and the object to be pasted is organized to move along the same centerline;
d. When the bottle arrives at the double label station, double-sided labeling is carried out simultaneously.
e. Finally, according to different bottle shapes, brushes and sponge rollers are used to label them separately, completing the labeling process for double labels.
