Check before startup 1. Confirm that the power supply is AC380V/3ph. 2. Close the drainage outlet and fill the sink with water. 3. Check if the valve bodies of water flow adjustment A and water flow adjustment B are open to avoid obstruction of the water pump outlet. 4. Check if the appearance has been damaged due to transportation. 5. Connect the 3/4 water pipe of the flushing section to rinse the vegetables clean again. Operation usage 1. Press the ON position of the power box button in sequence, and the water spray and conveyor will be started. The air blowing inside the network will also be started. 2. Adjust the valve of water flow A to the appropriate size. 3. Open the external water source of the flushing section to flush it. 4. The automatic entrance will feed the cut leafy vegetables in order, and not too much at once. 5. Cooperate with the vegetable cutter at the inlet device to ensure smooth flow. Leafy vegetables enter the water with the spiral water flow and advance to the flushing section, where they are transported out by the conveyor 6. The leafy vegetables inside the sight tube have been taken out by the conveyor. 7. The buttons on the power box can be turned off in sequence. 8. After completing the work, open the valve at the drainage outlet to release water.

1. The machine should be placed in a stable location.

2. Do not insert your hands into the machine while it is in operation.

5. The water level in the water injection tank should not be too low, and should be at 2/3 of the tank to prevent the water pump from absorbing water and causing it to burn out when exposed to heat.
