WM-EC-A2 fully automatic closed flash point tester (high temperature version)
Product Introduction:
Ergonomic beauty, high-resolution color display screen and simple button design bring convenience to use;
Enhanced USB, almost omnipotent;
a. Can be connected to a USB flash drive to download data saved by the instrument, with one click restoration and backup of instrument parameters, and one click program upgrade;
b. Can be connected to an external keyboard to input sample name and operator name;
● Integrated design; More compact, small and beautiful in size;
● Compliant with multiple international and Chinese national standards (GB/T261-2008, compatible with ISO22719 ASTMD93)
Product Features:
The core host adopts TI's AM3354 processor, and the operating system adopts Windows Embedded Compact 7 real-time industrial control system;
● Built in fire detection mechanism, can be connected with inert gas externally, and automatically extinguishes and alarms when the mechanism is triggered;
The software has built-in self diagnosis and alarm prompt functions, which automatically detect errors in operation methods or safety. Users can choose to terminate the test or handle alarm information;
One click switching of flash point and ignition point measurement eliminates tedious setting adjustments, and automatically adjusts detection and operating parameters according to national testing standards;
The atmospheric pressure measurement adopts a fully digital structure atmospheric pressure sensor imported from Germany, which measures the local atmospheric pressure in real time and automatically corrects the impact of atmospheric pressure changes on the measurement data;
Automatically complete operations such as temperature rise, detection, calculation, printing, etc;
The instrument can also be connected to a printer to print measurement results and integrated into the LIMS laboratory management platform.
Free switching between gas ignition or electric flame ignition, one click switching, convenient, fast, and widely applicable;
The ignition adopts a mixed design of electronic flame and gas flame. When using gas ignition, there is no need for manual ignition, and automatic ignition is started.
To complete the entire assignment, you only need to set the expected flash point and press the start button to automatically run the instrument;
At this point, you can work on other tasks in the same laboratory. During this period, the instrument will operate according to the standard method you have chosen to obtain the flash point and the buzzer will prompt the result. The result will remain on the LCD display screen.
The historical data storage adopts FLASH data storage, which can store 2010 historical data.
Rear USB and 232 serial port, can connect to computers and later software upgrades, can export experimental data to computers and USB drives.
