1、 Application Fields

RJLB-10 Fully Automatic Pulling InstrumentIt is a new type of testing instrument newly developed by Beijing Runjie Tiandi Technology Co., Ltd. Suitable for testing the bonding strength of wall insulation and thermal insulation materials in construction projects, as well as the bonding strength of exterior wall decorative tiles, various boards, paints, and other materials.

The detector adopts a mechatronics integrated design, and the entire set of instruments is integrated as a whole. The mechanical components including motor drive, sensors, screw, reaction support, etc. form a "door" structure. At the same time, embedding the measurement display circuit into the instrument allows for direct observation of data. The detector has the characteristics of light weight, fully automatic operation, and easy use.

5.4 Calibration Settings: The force value, displacement/velocity calibration has been completed before the instrument leaves the factory, and there is no need for the customer to calibrate again. If the instrument has inaccurate force values, speed, or displacement, please contact our after-sales technical personnel for calibration under the guidance of professional technicians. 6、 Usage method

1. Device startup: After turning on the device power, preheat for 20 minutes.

2. Experimental parameter settings: Click the settings button, click on experimental settings, and set the parameters for fracture and contact judgment.

3. Test speed setting: Set the test speed and return speed.

4. Load reset: When the sensor is in a free state, click the force reset button to reset the force value.

5. Installation sample: Stand the device on the wall and adjust the joint position by inching up and down to connect it with the pulling block.

6. Displacement reset: Click the displacement reset button to reset the displacement.

7. Start experiment: Click the start button to start the experiment, and the experiment will automatically stop after the sample is damaged.
