Working process of Fulaik 5600 water softener:
When the water softener reaches the set regeneration time or flow rate, the regeneration program is initiated. The regeneration cycle * step is backwashing, the second step is slow washing with salt water (i.e. regeneration/replacement, the switching between regeneration and replacement is controlled by the air check valve inside the salt tank), the third step is fast washing (i.e. positive washing), and the fourth step is water injection into the salt tank. After the regeneration cycle is completed, it returns to normal operation.

The fully automatic water softener consists of a control valve, resin tank, and salt tank. The control valve can automatically complete all the working processes of the water softener according to the set program. The resin tank is used to fill the sodium ion exchange resin as a container (i.e. exchanger) for softening and regeneration reactions, and the salt tank is used to dissolve the saturated salt solution (NaCl) used for the regeneration of the water softener.
