Material for box production:

Overview of Machine Structure:This product uses a top circulating motor for air supply and a 201 # stainless steel indirect connection conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is equipped with baffle devices at both ends, which are relatively flat. The feeding section is 1000 mm, the middle heating and drying section is 3500mm, and the rear discharge section is 500mm. The heating element is installed at the top of the oven working room, and the circulating motor is installed at the top of the oven to extend the motor life. The inlet and outlet are equipped with stainless steel adjustable door baffles. This product has a total length of 5000mm and is divided into three parts (feed inlet+drying section+discharge outlet). The drying section is divided into one section: far-infrared electric heating tube, and the heating element is installed at the top of the oven working room. The total heating power is 39KW and is controlled in two groups.

Outer wall material of the box: A3 carbon steel cold rolled plate, sheet metal, bent welding, rivet splicing.
