Product Introduction

The low nitrogen through flow boiler is a new type of through flow steam boiler produced by introducing through flow technology from Henan Province's four-way boiler. Each low nitrogen through flow boiler is factory installed after complete machine debugging.
The low nitrogen through flow boiler consists of the boiler body (consisting of an upper header, a lower header, and water pipes), a steam water separator, a water pump, a combustion engine, and other components. Through the precise calculation of our professional engineers, while ensuring the high output of the boiler, we have greatly reduced the footprint of the boiler, saving valuable space and investment for users.
The low nitrogen through flow steam boiler only takes 2-4 minutes from start-up to steam output, and only 20 minutes from cold operation to full load. It is suitable for frequent start-up conditions and can provide steam to users quickly and timely. Steam separation is achieved by using an internal steam water separator in the drum, ensuring the dryness of the steam.
The low nitrogen through flow steam boiler belongs to a small quick installation boiler with slight operating vibration. Due to its small volume space, the damage to the main body will not cause other significant degrees of damage. It is equipped with various control and protection devices such as pressure and water level, as well as over smoke temperature protection, which has higher safety performance and no special requirements for the foundation.

At the same time, it has high requirements for water quality, and strict control of water quality standards should be implemented to ensure its service life;

8. The steel consumption is small, and the ratio of steel consumption to unit steam production for a tubular boiler is 1.1:1 (i.e. 1.1 tons of steel/ton of steam), while for a regular coal-fired boiler it is about 4-6 tons of steel/ton.
