The XMBA-8000 series intelligent four circuit display regulator produced by our company is the display mode of the first four signal inputs of the XMBA-6000 series intelligent circuit display regulator. It is a specialized integrated circuit independently developed by our company and customized by Japanese integrated circuit manufacturers. It not only integrates most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems, but also integrates CPU, I/D interface RS485 or RS232 communication interface, EPROM and D/A conversion circuits, supplemented by a conversion system that draws on the strengths of others, carefully compiled and repeatedly debugged. The instrument used has the following characteristics: |

1. The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, the system's composition structure is relatively simple, the process has been significantly improved, there are no flying wires, no potentiometers, and all parameter settings and instrument calibration function selections are completed through the keyboard and switches. |
|
2. Four types and five alarm outputs can be set, with more than ten alarm methods available. Four relays can be arbitrarily assigned to one to four input measurement controls; Four inputs can achieve unified up and down alarms; One switch can be set to selectively monitor the other three switch values, achieving intelligent sound and light alarm function with silencing time. |

3. Optional addition of 1, 2, or 3 D/A analog output ports, which can achieve real-time analog output of instruments, minimum value analog output of instruments, maximum value analog output of instruments, and average value analog output of instruments. It is also possible to set any one channel as the starting point for three consecutive analog outputs. |

4. Linear signal input can define the zero point value, full-scale value, and decimal place of each channel, and can also display square root and add small signal cutoff function. |

3. Indicator lights |

1. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive gas environment, and the ambient temperature and relative humidity should meet the technical conditions. |
2. Please select the instrument model and relevant program correctly as needed, so that users can use it without debugging or directly. |
3. Due to the multiple functions of the instrument, it is necessary to correctly set the menu operation program and wiring according to the working conditions. If necessary, it is recommended that the user send personnel to the manufacturer for learning. |
If the instrument is damaged due to quality issues with the manufacturer, it will be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer within one year. |
