The XM-Q800R3 focused ultrasound DNA slicer was designed by Xiaomei Ultrasonic Company for CHIP experiments (chromatin immunoprecipitation - a technology for studying the interaction between proteins and DNA) in China. The entire equipment consists of an integrated host, a focused transducer, a cup probe, a sample holder, a transparent soundproofing box, and a cooling water circulation machine. After testing and use in Illumina's laboratory, the performance and experimental results of the second-generation sequencer are very perfect, comparable to imported products.
The XM-0800R3 is controlled by an editable digital system that allows for precise setting of amplitude, frequency, time, temperature, and temperature alarm functions. It is a product with high repeatability in experimental results, and the energy harvesting shear can quickly and efficiently cut samples without rotating the sample holder, ensuring uniformity in sample processing.
