Working principle
|
The process pressure is converted into an electrical signal through a pressure sensor, amplified by a differential amplifier and an output amplifier, and then converted into a (4~20) mA standard current output signal that corresponds linearly to the input pressure through a V/A converter. |

When using intrinsically safe explosion-proof transmitters, corresponding safety barriers should also be selected. The installation location of the transmitter should be as far away as possible from high-power electrical equipment to avoid electromagnetic interference and affect the performance of intrinsic safety transmitters. When handling and installing transmitters, they should be handled with care to avoid affecting the performance of intrinsic safety circuits. The intrinsic safety wire of the transmitter shall not be laid together with high-voltage cables, and the length of the wire shall be shortened as much as possible. The sum of the distributed inductance and capacitance of the wire and the effective inductance and capacitance of the transmitter shall not exceed the rated value specified by the safety barrier. The transmitter is equipped with wiring screws, the grounding wire must be firm, and the grounding resistance must not exceed 2 Ω. Cut off the power supply of the intrinsic safety circuit during maintenance and conduct maintenance in a non hazardous area. Maintenance personnel are not allowed to replace the specifications and models of electrical components at will. If there are quality problems, they should immediately contact the manufacturer.
