Excellent performance
The Fluoroskan Ascent FL system is capable of reading various plate types such as 1-384 well plates. The efficient optical path system enables the system to detect fluorescein as low as 2 fmol per well, with a linear measurement range of up to 7 orders of magnitude or more. For the convenience of application, the system can be configured with up to 3 automatic samplers. The automatic sampler can accurately add reagents with an adjustable range of 5-1000ul. Sample addition and detection can be performed simultaneously, meeting the needs of rapid chemiluminescence reactions, fluorescence Ca2+detection, and other rapid reactions. For tests that require precise temperature control, the system provides a standard incubator. In addition, the diameter and speed of the standard circular oscillator can be adjusted to ensure effective mixing and accelerate reaction time.

High performance optical system
The optical system of Fluoroskan Ascent FL generates highly concentrated light beams through a mirror and prism system, eliminating cross effects. Two optional beam systems are available for reading 1-96 well plates and 384 well plates. The general beam diameter is 3mm, and the narrow beam diameter is 1.5mm. High sensitivity is a unique feature of fiber free optical systems and is necessary for chemiluminescence research. By adding filters, the system can be flexibly applied to fluorescence research.
Powerful software with powerful functions
Ascent software is specifically designed for fluorescence and chemiluminescence reactions, and the two detection methods can be compared in the same experiment. Users can set experimental methods or use pre-set experimental methods for easy experimentation.
Fluorescent DNA quantification
Various fluorescence methods can be used for DNA quantification. PicoGreen is a highly sensitive dye used for DNA endpoint detection. The system can automatically calculate DNA concentration, and the standard curve is smoothed using linear regression.
