Floating ball level gauge (transmitter)

BY-UQZ floating ball level gauge (also known as floating ball level transmitter, hereinafter referred to as level gauge) is suitable for direct indication of the liquid level height in various open or pressure sealed containers in industries such as petroleum and chemical.
The float ball of the liquid level gauge is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and the rest is made of copper and aluminum materials, so it is not suitable for media that have strong corrosive effects on stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and contain magnetic impurities.
characteristic:
1. The liquid level gauge overcomes the shortcomings of general direct indication liquid level gauges, such as easy leakage or complex sealing structures, by ensuring that the header and the measured liquid are isolated from each other structurally.
2. Compared with the glass tube level gauge commonly used in industrial equipment, it is not afraid of breakage and has clearer readings, especially suitable for direct indication of oily liquid media or toxic and harmful media that have a viscous effect on the glass plate wall.
3. It has the advantage of not being afraid of vibration. Therefore, it can be installed in a fluid working container.
Main technical parameters:
1. Accuracy level: 2.5 level;
2. Measurement range: 0-500, 0-1000, 0-1500, 0-2000 (mm);
3. Medium density: ≥ 0.75g/cm 3;
4. Environmental temperature: - 40~50℃;
5. Medium temperature: ≤ 120℃;
6. Medium pressure: ≤ 1.6MPa;
7. Connecting flange: HG20594-97 DN100 PN2.5 RF;
8. Installation form: horizontal installation;
9. The large swing angle range of the liquid level gauge connecting rod shall not exceed 108 degrees, and it shall be ensured that there are brackets or components that obstruct the movement of the mechanism within the swing angle range
