The H40Fs floating ball fluorine lined check valve is designed to control highly corrosive media. The surface of the valve body cavity is covered with various fluoroplastics for selection, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. It has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance, preventing one-way opening and closing of media backflow on various pipelines or equipment.

Floating ball fluorine lined check valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow of the medium itself, used to prevent the backflow of the medium. It is also known as a check valve, one-way valve, backflow valve, and back pressure valve.

Check valve belongs to an automatic valve, whose main function is to prevent medium backflow, prevent pump and drive motor from reversing, and prevent the release of container medium. Float ball check valves can also be used on pipelines to supply auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure. Check valves can be mainly divided into swing check valves (rotating according to the center of gravity) and lift check valves (moving along the axis).

The function of the float type fluorine lined check valve is to only allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent directional flow. Usually, this type of valve works automatically, and under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the pressure of the fluid and the self weight of the valve disc act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the flow.
