The JK50-C3H6O3 fixed dimethyl carbonate detector is used for 24-hour continuous online monitoring of dimethyl carbonate concentration and temperature and humidity measurement on site. It displays concentration and over limit sound and light alarms on site, and remote data transmission. JK50 adopts a 2.5-inch clear color screen to display concentration in real time. According to different detection gases, it selects the best electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoionization principle gas sensors in the industry, as well as Swiss precision capacitive digital temperature and humidity sensors. JK50's advanced circuit design and mature core algorithm processing have obtained multiple software works and appearance, thus giving birth to the new generation of multifunctional fixed dimethyl carbonate detection alarm in the industry. JK50 can detect gas concentration in pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments, as well as detect gas leaks and purity of single concentration gases. The sturdy and durable explosion-proof shell and fluorocarbon paint surface treatment process are suitable for various hazardous areas and corrosive environments with strong acids and alkalis. They are wear-resistant and will not fade or peel off the paint within 10 years.

Standard bus RS485 (RTU) and 4-20mA standard signal are simultaneously output, with 3 sets of relay switch output and on-site sound and light alarm (optional). Optional frequency output of 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1-5V output, wireless transmission (2-5 kilometers or unlimited distance).

Wired or wireless remote real-time monitoring is available. The data can be uploaded to the mobile phone or transmitted to the environmental protection bureau, other monitoring centers, monitoring equipment, and monitoring computers through the LAN and Internet. The on-site concentration can be monitored in real time through free upper computer software or gas alarm controller.
