1 Introduction to Fire Water Supply Equipment

This device can maintain the fire pressure at unfavorable points in the fire water supply pipeline system, and utilize the 30 second fire water stored in the pneumatic water tank to ensure the fire sprinkler water supply before the operation of the fire pump; This device uses the operating pressure set by the pneumatic water tank to control the operating conditions of the water pump, achieving the function of boosting and stabilizing pressure.

2 Characteristics and functions of fire water supply equipment

1. All equipment adopts high-end industrial control microcomputers for intelligent control, fully automatic operation, and multiple memory functions (such as the ability to remember the number and time of receiving fire alarms).
2. To prevent the fire pump from rusting due to long-term inactivity, the pipeline pressure should not exceed the limit during equipment inspection, and the pipeline should not be damaged. The inspection cycle and time for each inspection can be set on site through a microcomputer panel, and the total number of inspections, the date of one inspection, and the date of the next inspection can be checked. Automatically sound an alarm when encountering a malfunction until the problem is resolved.

9. The fully automatic fire water supply equipment is equipped with buffers, which not only have the functions of storage and buffering, but also have the ability to reduce or eliminate the impact of water sagging, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.

3 Working principle of fire water supply equipment

(1) A water supply system equipped with a microcomputer intelligent control power frequency fire pump and a variable frequency speed regulation stabilizing pump. The system usually uses a variable frequency speed regulation stabilizing pump to maintain the required pressure for fire protection, and in case of a fire alarm, the microcomputer controls the start of the fire pump to meet the requirements for fire water.
(2) The water supply system of the domestic pump, which also serves as a fire stabilizing pump, is controlled by a microcomputer frequency conversion fully automatic system. The domestic pump supplies water to the domestic pipeline network according to the domestic pressure, while maintaining pressure for the fire pipeline network. When an alarm occurs, the microcomputer automatically starts the fire pump. To ensure fire water supply, the domestic water is turned off when the water level reaches the low water level, and automatically restored when the water level rises to the high water level.
(3) The microcomputer intelligent control fire life (production) shared water supply system is fully automatic controlled by microcomputer frequency conversion, and the equipment supplies water to the living pipeline network according to the living pressure. At the same time, maintain pressure in the fire protection pipeline network and close the living network network in case of an alarm. Supplying water to the fire protection pipeline network according to the fire pressure can fully utilize the unused fire water pumps for most of the time, reduce costs, and ensure the smooth operation of the fire protection system.
