Fibertec Fiber Analysis System
Fibertec Fiber Analysis System
Product details

The traditional fiber analysis method involves repeated sample pretreatment, transfer, and filtration steps, and requires the handling of various acidic and alkaline chemical reagents that are usually very hot. Each step is likely to produce errors or pose safety hazards, and is a recognized standard method with large errors and complicated operations. The fiber analysis system of Volkswagen uniquely introduces a technology that does not require transfer to complete the entire process analysis after a sample is loaded, making the fiber determination method not only simple and feasible, but also with small errors and strong reproducibility; By using sample batch processing, the analysis method is fast and stable, and the contact between operators and chemical reagents is reduced, thereby improving safety. The built-in vacuum and pressure device is used to achieve a suction filtration method with back blowing, ensuring fast and efficient filtration. Suitable for analysis of coarse fiber, acidic detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, lignin, etc. Volkswagen has also launched an analysis system for dietary fiber using standard methods.

Adopting ISO, EC, and AOAC international certification methods

No need for sample transfer during analysis, reducing analysis errors and saving time

Effectively solve the problem of filter blockage through the dual effects of suction filtration and blowback

A complete set of specialized operating tools ensures accurate, convenient, and safe operation

The cold extraction device conveniently completes the safe degreasing of samples

There are manual and semi-automatic system options available

The simple FIBERCAPTM system is an efficient and low-cost next-generation product

FIBERTEC E is a standard enzymatic dietary fiber analysis system

FibertecTM M6- a manual fiber measurement system capable of processing six samples simultaneously

The M6 system is used for fiber determination based on the Weende or Van Soest method, such as the content of crude fiber, detergent fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and other related indicators in plant materials, feed, and food. Single or continuous leaching, including boiling, use of external preheating reagents, rinsing, and filtration, are all carried out under reproducible and controllable conditions. The basic components of the M6 system include:

Fibertec 1020 hot extractor: a hot extractor capable of processing up to 6 samples simultaneously, using its built-in heating and filtering system for sample hydrolysis and extraction, reducing contact with reagents. Fibertec 1021 Cold Extractor: A cold extractor capable of processing 6 samples simultaneously, used for degreasing and extraction of samples at room temperature (such as lignin determination), and can also be used for solvent dehydration of fiber residues. The above two devices are suitable for the same filtering crucible, which is specially designed to be an integral part of the instrument leaching system during leaching, rinsing, and filtration processes, as well as a sample container during weighing, drying, and ashing processes.

FibertecTM 2010- A semi-automatic fiber system capable of processing six samples simultaneously

The 2010 semi-automatic extraction system can be used for fiber determination based on Weende or van Soest methods and other standards, such as determining the content of crude fiber, detergent fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and other related indicators in plant materials, mixed feed, and food. Single or continuous leaching, including preheating reagents, boiling, adding preheating reagents, rinsing, and filtration, are all automatically completed in a single step under repeatable and controllable conditions.

The basic components of 2010 are:

Fibertec 2010 hot extractor: a hot extractor capable of processing 6 samples simultaneously, using a built-in heating and filtering system to preheat the reagents, perform heating hydrolysis and extraction on the samples. It can achieve automatic preheating, reagent addition, boiling, and filtration. The system controls the analysis conditions and automatically controls the cooling water according to the coarse fiber determination standard methods in ISO and EC standards.

Fibertec 1021 Cold Extractor: Same as M6 system.

FibertecTM E Dietary Fiber Analysis System

The dietary fiber analysis system is designed based on the standard enzymatic hydrolysis method approved by AOAC, AACC, NMKL, and Asp. The semi-automatic cultivation and separation system can be used for rapid and reasonable quantitative analysis of total dietary fiber or soluble and insoluble dietary fiber in cereal samples, fruits and vegetables, health foods, feed, and plants. It can also be used for detailed study of different fiber components using chromatography and spectrophotometry techniques for sample preparation.

The system components include:

1023 filtering system: used for various filters during the analysis process. Includes a device that can filter and collect 6 samples, and is equipped with a rapid dehydration system. The specially designed built-in "positive pressure" and "negative pressure" devices ensure rapid sample filtration and avoid the phenomenon of sample cake formation. The filtration capacity varies depending on the type of sample, and typically every 100 milliliters of digestive fluid can be filtered within 2-4 minutes. Specially designed sample processing bottles can be used for enzymatic cultivation and filtration of enzymatic digestion fluids, as well as collection of filter residue/filtrate.

1024 oscillating water bath: used for enzymatic hydrolysis of proteases and starch glucosidase. It can cultivate 12 samples at once, with a temperature range of room temperature to 80 degrees Celsius, and can pre-set 3 temperatures. The vibration speed and amplitude can be continuously adjusted.

Additional: Boiling water bath, used for alpha amylase hydrolysis process, temperature range: 100 ℃
