The basic unit of the transistor output type has built-in 3-axis independent positioning function up to 100kHz, and new positioning instructions have been added: origin regression with DOG search (DSZR), interrupt single speed positioning (DVIT), and table set positioning (TBL), making the positioning control function more powerful and convenient to use.
Built in 6-point simultaneous 100kHz high-speed counting function, capable of performing 4x counting during biphasic counting

Enhanced communication capabilities, its built-in programming port can achieve high-speed communication of 115.2kbps, and up to 3 communication ports (including the programming port) can be used simultaneously.
New high-speed input/output adapters, analog input/output adapters, and temperature input adapters have been added. These adapters do not occupy system points and are easy to use. Up to 10 special adapters can be connected to the left side of the FX3U. By using a high-speed input adapter, up to 8 channels and up to 200kHz of high-speed counting can be achieved.
