The FMQD gas box pulse bag filter is composed of a shell, ash hopper, ash discharge device, bracket, and pulse cleaning system. It is made by integrating the advantages of various bag filters such as chamber blowback and jet pulse cleaning. This FMQD pneumatic pulse bag filter can be widely used in crushing installation, warehouse roof, cooling machine, and grinding machine collection systems in cement plants.

This series of products has a total of 33 specifications, with four types of bags per room: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags. The length of the dust removal filter bag is 2450mm and 3060mm, respectively. The dust collection efficiency can reach above, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100mg/m3 (standard). If this series of bag filters is used in cold regions, a heating device should be installed when the outdoor heating calculation temperature is ≤ -25 ℃.

The characteristic of FMQD gas box pulse bag filter is to use separate chambers for alternating cleaning, that is, offline cleaning. When a certain room is being blown for dust cleaning, the filtered airflow is cut off, avoiding the secondary flying of dust generated by the blowing. Therefore, the FMQD gas box pulse bag filter can capture gases with a moisture content and dust concentration of up to 1000G/M3. The characteristic of the blowing pulse bag filter is that it is in the same dust removal room, and each row of bags takes turns blowing for dust cleaning, and the dust filter continues to work during dust cleaning, which is called online dust cleaning. The dust blown down by this cleaning method will cause secondary flying, and some of the flying dust will be captured again by adjacent filter bags. If the jet pulse bag dust collector is used to capture gases with high dust concentration, the phenomenon of secondary dust flying is severe, so the application of the jet pulse cleaning bag dust collector is limited.
