The Flygt low-speed mixer has multiple components that enable reliable operation and reduce energy costs, including energy-saving propellers, reliable H-class motors, and reliable shaft seals.
The unique propeller design of the Thermo Flygt can increase conveying thrust while reducing energy consumption. The device is made of high-strength materials and carefully designed to exhibit excellent hydraulic performance; Flygt features iconic banana shaped blades, swept back large diameter propellers, and self-cleaning design, providing long-lasting non clogging performance.
Sailemer's Flygt squirrel cage induction motor is carefully manufactured to be durable and reliable. The stator winding is impregnated with resin droplets and has a rated temperature of H-class 180 ℃ (355 ℉), with excellent heat resistance and extremely long service life.
As an important component of reliable operation, Flygt mechanical shaft seals adopt a unique design and are equipped with intermediate isolation fluid. Flygt's specially manufactured seals are made of corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide (WCCR), which has excellent mechanical strength and outstanding sliding performance. This will significantly reduce the wear between the sealing surfaces, lower the risk of leakage, and extend the service life of the seal.

Reliable and easy to install
The Flygt device is sturdy enough to withstand the reaction forces and weight exerted by the mixer throughout its entire lifespan. It is not only sturdy and durable, but also easy to use.
The Flygt low-speed mixer is installed at an appropriate depth along a rigid guide rod to achieve better mixing efficiency and help withstand fatigue caused by strong wave forces inside the tank. The guide rod system is lifted using Flygt lifting equipment for easy inspection and maintenance.
Using Flygt lifting equipment to lift and lower Flygt low-speed mixers is both safe and simple and convenient. The lower end of the CE certified lifting column is installed on the bracket and can be easily rotated. To reduce investment costs, one suspension column can be used for multiple mixers.
