Working process

Core working principle: The bottle separation wheel separates the products and places them on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the passing of the products and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the labeling belt drives the product to rotate. The label is rolled over, and the labeling action of one label is completed.

Operation process: Place the product (in the drop box) ->Separate the product and spread it in the middle of the conveyor chain drum ->Product conveying ->Product testing ->Labeling ->Labeling ->Collecting labeled products.

Requirements for label production:

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
