The operation of a three needle machine and a single needle machine is basically the same, but there are also some differences from a single needle sewing machine. Please follow the steps below when using them

1， Selection of sewing thread

The rotary shuttle of a three needle sewing machine consists of two positive shuttles and one reverse shuttle, with two positive shuttles using reverse twisted thread and one reverse shuttle using positive twisted thread. Positive twist thread refers to the thread twisted clockwise, which is called positive twist thread. Generally, there are more reverse twist threads in the market for sewing thread. The bottom line is not divided but twisted, and generally sewing thread can be used as a bottom line.

2,The operating direction of the three needle machine

4， Replacement of bottom spindle and adjustment of bottom thread tightness

When replacing the shuttle core, run the needle to the position where it pierces the fabric. At this point, the hook tip of the spinning shuttle hook is at the bottom. Twist the lower shuttle stopper away, remove the shuttle core sleeve, replace it with a fully wound shuttle core, place it in the spinning shuttle, and return the lower shuttle stopper to its original position. Attention: The anti shuttle and positive shuttle core sleeves must not be interchanged. When replacing the shuttle core sleeve, you should manually move it back and forth to check if the clearance is normal. Check if the newly replaced shuttle core sleeve and the other two lower shuttle stops have returned to their positions to avoid machine damage caused by operational errors.

The tightness adjustment of the bottom line is adjusted by using the padding cloth and shuttle spring inside the shuttle core sleeve. The tightness should be slightly reduced by the weight of the shuttle core sleeve just pulled up by the bottom line.
