FG900 series switch status indicator

Product Introduction

The FG900 series switch status indicator integrates multiple functions such as a circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live locking, temperature and humidity control, and RS485 communication interface (optional). The indicator function can be opened or closed, and is installed on a panel. Users only need to provide a schematic diagram when selecting. This will simplify the panel structure design of past switchgear and beautify the panel layout. It will replace various control and indication devices such as primary circuit simulation signs, electromagnetic switch status indicators, and grounding indicators. The device is easy to install, has a long service life, and has three prevention functions, which can ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.

Simulation indication instructions

1. Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input):

When closing, the closing contact is closed and the red analog bar lights up

When the switch is opened, the switch contact is closed and the green analog bar lights up

2. Circuit breaker position indication(Passive contact input):

When the working position contacts are closed, the red vertical analog bar lights up

When the test position contacts are closed, the green horizontal simulation bar lights up

3. Spring energy storage indicator(Passive contact input):

The contact is closed, and the red spring symbol is on, indicating that energy has been stored

Contact disconnected, green spring symbol lit up, indicating no energy storage

4. Grounding switch position indication(Passive contact input):

The contact is closed, and the red vertical analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is closed

The contact is disconnected, and the green analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is disconnected

Note: The simulated display input contacts of the device are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker and the travel switch, and they are all passive contacts.


High voltage live display part (live self check function)

1. LED startup voltage (KV): rated phase voltage × 0.15~0.65;

2. Locking conversion voltage(KV):Rated phase voltage × 0.15~0.65;

When any phase or three phases of the high voltage are charged, the high voltage live indicator lights A, B, and C of the device will light up the corresponding indicator lights (red), the electromagnetic lock output will be at the normally open point, and the lock release indicator light (green) will not light up; When all three high-voltage phases are not charged, the high-voltage charging indicator lights A, B, and C phases of the device do not light up, the electromagnetic locking output is the normally closed point, and the locking release indicator light is on.

Note: ① The supporting high-voltage sensor requires a capacitance value greater than 100PF. If it is less than 100PF, please inform us so that the device can be tested accordingly.

② The supporting high-voltage live sensor to device sensor wire requires the use of single core shielded wire, otherwise it may cause interference from the high-voltage live part of the device.

③ When conducting a voltage withstand test on the high-voltage cabinet, please disconnect all wiring terminals of the device and short-circuit the high-voltage live parts of the terminals to avoid damaging the device.

Temperature and humidity control section

1. Sensor channels: one for condensation and one for temperature

Two way condensation, two way temperature

2. Logical relationship: Heating is required when the humidity is ≥ 93% RH or when condensation is about to form, with a humidity accuracy of level 5.

When the temperature is ≤ 6 ℃, start heating;≥1Stop heating at 6 ℃, temperature accuracy level 2.

3. Wire breakage alarm: When the heater breaks, the corresponding alarm indicator light will turn on and the alarm output contact will close.

Note: The power required for the heater must be greater than 100W, and the device must not have a disconnection alarm function when connected to the fan.
