FUU Overview:
FFU intelligent distributed control system is mainly used for large clean rooms, which can easily achieve on-site decentralized control and centralized unified management functions. The FFU fan can be flexibly controlled for start stop and speed regulation. This control system utilizes zone control technology to solve the problem of limited 485 drive capability and can control up to several thousand fans.

（1） Computer system (optional according to requirements)
The computer is composed of professional FFU monitoring software, which is divided into a main interface and interface. The main interface displays the FFU system distribution map and partition map. The main interface can directly control the partition on/off. Clicking on the main interface can enter the interface to view the FFU status of each partition and control each FFU control unit.
（2） Control host system (mandatory)
The FFU host controller is the core controller of the FFU centralized control system, which uses a touch screen display to achieve remote monitoring and adjustment of the FFU. It can set and control each FFU control unit, and send and receive signals to the computer. When the system configuration does not have a computer or the computer is in a shutdown state, the FFU control host can independently complete the setting and control of the entire system.
（3） FFU control unit
The FFU control unit uses a microcontroller as the core processor to implement control functions, and is the terminal controller of the FFU. One FFU unit module controls one FFU or parallel controls two FFUs. The FFU control unit can achieve the following control functions:
(1) Control the start stop and speed regulation of each FFU through the host;

(4) Equipped with overload and no-load alarm functions: When overloaded or unloaded, it prompts the FFU control unit to alarm.
