Reverse flow wind ring
Jinming has developed a highly efficient cooling air ring with adjustable lifting and multiple air vents after years of dedicated research. The air outlet temperature of each point of the air ring is controlled by uniformly distributed heating units on the air duct, which can effectively adjust the thickness uniformity of the film bubble horizontally. It forms a closed-loop control with an online automatic film thickness measurement system to achieve automatic control of film thickness. On the basis of effectively improving the quality of film products, the cooling efficiency is effectively improved through multi vent cooling technology, thereby achieving a significant increase in production (about 30%~50%). Not only that, this wind ring technology changes the traditional process of blowing and expanding the air ring as soon as it exits the mold. By adjusting the lifting and lowering, the film bubbles are pre cooled and then inflated, allowing the polymer material to stretch and shape in a semi viscous flow state, achieving lower crystallinity, significantly improving the transparency and mechanical properties of the film, and adapting to production processes with higher blowing and expansion ratios.

Online printing device
Equipped with a satellite style flexographic printing machine, the printing material can be printed in multiple colors on the impression cylinder at once, improving the printing accuracy of printed products. The distance between printing groups is short, which can save color adjustment time, reduce material loss during adjustment, and adopt an automatic stirring ink circulation system to avoid printing color difference and improve printing speed.

Online embossing and edge insertion device
Equipped with a double-sided double row internal embossing device and a film M-edge insertion mechanism, the insertion board is a wooden structure that can be manually adjusted in multiple directions to control the insertion depth.
