5inhalable particlessampling
The median diameter of the mass that can enter the respiratory tract is10μmParticulate matter(D50=10μm).
6.1Particle size unit; Aerodynamic equivalent diameter
The particle diameter that has the same final settling velocity as a unit density sphere in a low Reynolds number airflow.
6.2 The daily average maximum allowable concentration of indoor inhalable particulate matter is 0.15mg/m3. The median diameter of the mass is 10 μ m.
6.3 The sampler requires D50 ≤ 10 ± 1 μ m and geometric standard deviation d g=1.5 ± 0.1.
6.4Method for determination of inhalable particulate matter in indoor air-----Impact weighing method
6.4.1 Use a two-stage inhalable particle sampler (D50=10 μ m, δ g=1.5) to collect particles with a particle size greater than or equal to 10 μ m on the glass fiber paper of the impact plate at a flow rate of 13L/min, and particles with a particle size less than or equal to 10 μ m on a pre weighed glass fiber filter paper. Take them off and weigh them again. Divide the sampling standard volume by the amount of particles with a particle size of 10 μ m to obtain the concentration of inhalable particles. The detection limit is 0.05mg.
6.4.2 Remove the inlet of the calibrated flow sampler, rotate the sampling head, and remove the sample that has been passed through constant weighteffectivePlace a filter paper with a diameter of 50mm under the impact ring, and at the same time place a circular filter paper on the impact ring. Tighten the sampling head, install the sampling head inlet, and place it in a representative position indoors. Turn on the switch knob to time, adjust the flow rate to 13L/min, sample for 24 hours, record the indoor temperature, pressure, and sampling time, and pay attention to adjusting the flow rate at any time to maintain 13L/min.
6.4.3 Remove the sampled filter paper and bring it back to the laboratory. Place it in the same environment as before sampling for 24 hours, weigh it to a constant weight (mg), and subtract the weight of the blank filter paper from this weight to obtain the weight of inhalable particles (mg). Save the filter paper for component analysis.
6.4.4 Calculation
C=W/V0……………………………………………(A2)
Vs=13L×T……………………………………………(A3)
In the formula: C - concentration of inhalable particulate matter, mg/m3;
W - weight of particulate matter, mg;
V0- Vs converted to volume under standard conditions, m3;
13- Traffic, L/min;
T - Sampling time, min。
6.5.5 Precautions
Before sampling A1, the flowmeter must be calibrated to accurately maintain a flow rate of 13L/min during sampling.
A2When weighing blank and sampled filter paper, the environment and operating steps must be the same.
When sampling A3, the sampler components must be tightened to prevent sample air from entering the sampler from the side.
