1、 Overview

The FCG-5H air sampler consists of a pump, control circuit, power supply, and other components. Can run continuously under normal circumstances12More than hours, convenient for sampling work. 2、 Instrument composition:

The sampler consists of a self-developed vacuum pump (with core technology and low maintenance costs), a microcomputer controller, a multifunctional LCD display, a sealed battery pack with repeated charging, discharging, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and a digital flow component. The casing of this series of instruments is made of polycarbonate injection molding, which has flame retardant, moisture-proof, and anti-static properties.

3、 Main features:

1The entire working process of the sampler is completed by microcomputer software and hardware, which is reliable, easy to operate, and highly intelligent;

2The sampler is equipped with a self-developed vacuum pump (with core technology and low maintenance costs in the later stage). Users can choose between explosion-proof or non explosion-proof types (with identical mechanical characteristics). The pump has a small volume, low long-term heat generation, reliable operation, low power consumption, and high vacuum degree;

3Using an electronic flowmeter, the flow rate value can be displayed in real-time on the LCD screen and the sampling volume can be accumulated;

4The instrument uses explosion-proof lithium battery packs (imported lithium batteries), which have no battery memory effect, large capacity, long lifespan, and are equipped with our company's dedicated charger for good charging effect and safety;

5Adopting a short-circuit current protection device to ensure that the sampler operates within an inherently safe current range, giving the sampler good explosion-proof performance;

6There are two sampling methods for this instrument: workers working in the workplace can hang it on their belts for long-term sampling, and a matching tripod can be placed on the work site for repeated short-term sampling.
