main features
(1) Stable performance and easy to use
Optical design, overall performance of the instrument; Years of experience in the production of fluorescent instruments and instrument stability; Understand the customer, comply with the usage habits of Chinese users, and the operating method is similar to that of the Hitachi F4600 fluorescence spectrometer.
(2) Protection of photolytic samples
The built-in chopper function can shorten the exposure time of the sample under the excitation beam to 8% of the scanning time. The reduction of sample exposure time can protect samples that are prone to light reactions and maintain the analytical accuracy of continuity experiments. Phosphorescence analysis can measure phosphorescence lifetimes as short as 1ms and can be applied to sample types.
(3) Fluorescence, phosphorescence, and luminescence measurements
Spectral testing design, customer's testing requirements for fluorescence, phosphorescence, and biological/chemiluminescence.
(4) 3D spectral scanning
The 3D spectrogram can be completed within 1 minute, providing rich spectral information, contour maps, and bird's-eye views for multiple viewing angles. Enable the qualitative analysis function of 3D spectra to be fully utilized.
(5) Spectral correction
The spectral correction function can correct the spectral response function of the instrument itself and obtain the true fluorescence spectrum test data of the sample.
(6) Fast data transmission speed
Adopting USB 2.0 interface, the data transfer speed is fast and the connection is convenient.
(7) High excitation light intensity
A 150W xenon lamp provides light energy for measurements within the wavelength range of 200-900nm.
(8) High sensitivity
The photomultiplier tube and horizontal slit design are used for both excitation and emission of light beams. At the same time, with a standard 10mm colorimetric dish, only 0.5mL of the sample can be used for normal measurement.
(9) Rich software module design
In addition to conventional wavelength scanning and quantitative testing, phosphorescence testing, time scanning, spectral calibration, and multi format data export can also be performed.
(10) Real time monitoring of excitation light path
The F-450 excitation beam ratio monitoring system can monitor small changes in light source intensity at different wavelengths in real time.
(11) Fluorescent Attachment
A variety of accessories, from solid sample holders to automatic polarization accessories, are compatible with Hitachi F-4600 accessories to assist you in solving difficult application analysis problems.
