Parameter setting function: The batch controller can set loading parameters through remote monitoring computer or batch controller according to shipping needs. These data include: preset loading and unloading volume, flow coefficient, lead time, valve opening delay time, fluid density, etc.
Quantitative control: After determining the working parameters of the batch controller, the batch controller will complete the automatic loading and unloading process according to the specified program. When the loading and unloading volume reaches the set value, it will automatically stop loading and unloading.
Power failure protection function: In case of unexpected power failure during the shipping process, the shipping parameters can be saved, and the shipment can continue after power on.
Data collection function: The batch controller can collect both flow meter pulse signals and medium pressure signals transmitted by pressure transmitters, and can also connect to switch signals such as seven interlocks.
The sequential control function of valves: During loading and unloading, the control valves are opened in the predetermined time sequence. When the loading and unloading reaches the designated quantity, the control valves are closed in the predetermined time and sequence to complete the automatic loading and unloading operation.
