4、 Installation environment requirements
1) The ambient temperature of the machine head is 20-30 ℃, and the rest is 10-40 ℃;
2) The relative humidity of the machine head is ≤ 35% for the positive electrode RH, ≤ 98% for the negative electrode RH, and ≤ 98% for the rest;
5、 Supporting facilities
1) Power supply: 3PH 380V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range:+8% to -8%; The total starting power of the power supply is 25KW;
2) Compressed air: After drying, filtering, and stabilizing, the outlet pressure is greater than 5.0kg/cm2;

8、 After sales service:The equipment is covered by a one-year warranty. In case of any quality issues with the supplied equipment, the supplier shall be responsible for free repairs (excluding equipment failures and vulnerable parts caused by human factors, non-compliance with operating procedures, natural disasters, and non force factors). After one year, the supplier promises to be responsible for lifelong maintenance of the equipment at a discounted price; The equipment will be transported back to the supplier for major repairs, and the cost will be reassessed. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.
1. After sales service content:
1) Equipment except for vulnerable parts(Scraper, coating roller, back roller)Warranty for one year. In case of any quality issues with the supplied equipment, the supplier shall be responsible for free repairs (excluding equipment failures and vulnerable parts caused by human factors, natural disasters, or non force majeure factors). After one year, responsible for lifelong maintenance of the equipment and charging fees based on cost;
2) Respond to technical issues raised by the demand side within 2 hours, arrive on site within 24 hours, and arrive on site for urgent handling within 12 hours.
3) The supplier is responsible for installation and debugging, while the purchaser conducts installation and acceptance according to the technical agreement.
4) Training: Prior to equipment delivery, the buyer can send 1-4 operators and engineers to the site for training; Your company is responsible for the accommodation and meals expenses during the training period.
After the equipment is delivered, two or more operators and on-site engineers will receive free training on site for at least 10 days.
