There are various types of conveyor chain networks, and we provide conveyor chain networks and solutions ranging from half inch to 2-inch pitch. Each series of products is available in different models for various purposes.
Flat top chain mesh/top closedIf the product requires maximum support capacity due to its vulnerability and instability, and there are some small particles such as glass shards, bolts and nuts that may get stuck on the surface of the chain mesh and potentially damage or block the product, or small particles such as glass shards, bolts and nuts, or the product itself, a fully closed surface design is usually used.
Top open/meshThe use of a top open surface allows water or airflow to pass through the chain mesh and remove debris, ensuring that the contact surface between the chain mesh and the conveyed product remains clean. The square opening area of each type of chain mesh varies.
Top protrusion/convex typeIf it is necessary to transport (unstable) products to or from a chain mesh, it is more appropriate to use a top protruding chain mesh and comb plate. The fingers of the comb board will extend below the surface of the chain mesh ribs. The comb board is equipped with fingers of varying lengths, and short fingers are usually used in situations where broken glass pieces are present.
There is a vacuum hole at the topVacuum conveyor belts are mainly used for canning processes or empty can conveying in beverage factories. Use the small holes on the top of the chain mesh to create a vacuum underneath, allowing the chain mesh to transport empty cans.
With rubber pad/top with rubber stripThe climbing/descending chain mesh with rubber pads can smoothly transport packaging materials, and these rubber pads are bonded to specially designed modules through injection molding. According to the packaging method and material, the rubber pad modular chain mesh can be used in situations with angles up to 20 degrees.
Ball chain meshLow back pressure ball chain mesh is a great choice for conveying stacked products. The 1005 series modular ball chain mesh is recommended for conveying shrink film packaging and small packaging without a flat bottom, shrink film packaging with a cardboard bottom, and large products. Both production models can provide excellent product protection and low noise performance. This chain network series can provide solutions for many application scenarios.
Variable pitch chain networkThis series of chain nets is used for straight and turning, and can provide solutions for rear packaging.
