|Electrostatic air filterIt is an indoor air purification equipment developed on the basis of industrial electrostatic precipitators, and has been widely used in various indoor environments, especially in pipeline air conditioning and fresh air purification systems, becoming one of the most commonly used air purification equipment. Similar to filtering air purification equipment, electrostatic filters remove particles as small as 0.01 microns from the air.

This type of equipment has low investment, small footprint, no secondary pollution, and low operating costs. Due to the ease of capturing dust with smaller particle sizes, the purification efficiency is high, reaching 85-95%. The difference between its purification mechanism and gas methods is that the separation force is electrostatic force, which directly acts on particles rather than on the airflow, thus having the characteristics of low energy consumption and low resistance.

The air volume of a single unit can reach 3400m3/h (2000CFM);
Ultra low wind resistance and pressure loss, with a resistance of only 12-38Pa, greatly reducing system energy consumption while ensuring indoor air quality;
Low power consumption, with a maximum power consumption of only 41W per unit;
Multiple units assembled to meet the air volume requirements of the system;
Provide working status and cleaning signal indicator lights;
Provide communication interfaces for connecting with the building management system;
Solid state automatic power regulation enables the electronic filtering unit to maintain high filtration efficiency;
Pre filter screen: effectively protects the ionization/dust collection unit from contamination by large particles;
Air flow induction interlock control: helps reduce energy consumption and protect electrostatic filters.

This series of electrostatic filters is designed with flange edges, making it easy to form a row of up to six units, which can be connected using M4 * 10mm self tapping screws; Before connecting the unit modules, the side leads (power lines, signal lines) of the unit should be connected to the corresponding lines of adjacent units through connectors. Rows of unit modules can also be stacked into units of suitable size. Use M4 * 10mm self tapping screws to connect the outer frame top and bottom plates of the upper and lower unit modules, thereby fixing the adjacent upper and lower unit modules.
Determine pipeline design requirements
This series of electrostatic filters can be used in newly built or existing heating, cooling, or ventilation systems. In certain applications, it may be necessary to install variable diameter ducts, guide vanes, or branch ducts. When the size of the pipeline is different from the size of the electrostatic filter unit section, a variable diameter air duct can be used for transition. Gradual transition can reduce airflow turbulence and provide efficiency. The extension of each side of the transition device is ≤ 20 ° (approximately 1 meter for every 3 meters)
Power supply and building management system signal wiring:
◆ Determine which end of the installed static electricity filter is most convenient for wiring operations;
Cut off the plastic wire plugs of the power and signal wires on the side of each row of static electricity filters at that end;
Install a small junction box (approximately 60mm * 100mm in size) on the electrostatic filter at the end of each row;
Connect the power/signal lines provided by the system to each row of electrostatic filter units;
Cover the cover plate of each junction box properly;
Install a junction box at the other end of each row and cover the connectors of the wires.
